• All digital sales, including e-PINs and top-ups, are final and non-refundable once processed.

• Ensure all information (such as phone numbers or operators) is correct before completing a transaction.

• MyanPay Shop is not responsible for errors made by the user during the purchase.

3. Physical Products (Food & Fashion)

• We strive to deliver quality food and fashion items. If you receive damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging for return or exchange (if eligible).

• We do not offer cash refunds unless a product is unavailable or undeliverable.

4. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.

• Any fraudulent or suspicious activity may lead to account suspension or legal action.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on MyanPay Shop (logos, images, descriptions, etc.) is protected and may not be used without permission.
